The database at boondocking.org provides a public forum where:
You may search for potentially free, auto-accessible, camping spots based on a distance from a given Latitude and Longitude point.
You may add free camping spots to the database or edit free camping spots in the database.
Camping spots must be accessible by a street vehicle (IE car, RV, 4wd truck, etc...) and completely free. NO EXCEPTIONS!
