Santa Fe National Forest near Jemez Springs NM - Pull off on the side of the road at the top of a hill with nice views of the valley below. Note this is on a dirt section of NM 126 and may be difficult to access if wet. Location is about halfway between Cuba and La Cueva. No facilities at all.
