Santa Teresa NM - Gap Tank dispersed camping site is located in the gap between Mt. Riley and the E. Potrillo Mountain ridge in the Desert Peaks National Monument on BLM land. It is off a county road. It’s not a good place for RVs. There are very few vehicles out there and no water, but it’s a great spot in the Chihuahuan Desert and about 1 hour west from West El Paso.
