Comanche National Grassland in Campo CO - There’s spaces for 3 or 4 RV’s but the tree limbs are probably too low for larger rigs. We tent camped in the park with our motorcycles. There are picnic tables, BBQ grills, and restrooms available for use. Plenty of shade from all the trees and since the elevation is so high, even summer nights are cool. The first three nights are free. No hookups, but there’s water faucets in the park and trash bins nearby. RV’s park on north side of park. Do not drive on grass. Between 6th and 7th streets on the east side of Hwy 385/287. Campo, CO
