Kinnear WY - Great location right next to hwy 26. Not really sure what this is. It’s definitely a rest stop of some sort. There is vault toilet that looks to be state owned. The best part is the 1000+ yards of sandy beach. It’s like Hawaii was dropped out of the sky. The sand is incredible. Our dogs are free and off leash. There is a fire ring and a picnic table. If your super adventurous, the road leads down to the beach. Few tire tracks and remnants of a campfire and someone else’s boondocking efforts. I give this spot 5 stars!!!!
