Habitat Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) near Caldwell ID 83607 - Atop a grassy hill. No roads but easy for most trucks with trailers to get to. Dry season and dirt was soft and almost silty. Patches of grass can hide holes or rocks, so pay attention when you get off the roads. Dont Baja! Appears to be locals target area on the road that leads through the area. The view is grassy hills for miles. A ranger station and cellphone tower to the north west and high tension power lines. Not windy. Peaceful. Close to I84 (within visibility). Mountains in the distance. Perfect place to do some homework for a few days.
