Northwest on Hwy 550 out of Silverton, Colorado. For the first mile or so there are turn-outs that lead right to the river, many of them have enough places for probably 50 cars. <br /> <br />The local sheriff even stopped in to check on everyone. <br /> <br />Recommended for June - Sept. <br /> <br />Land is BLM.
