This is a camp site off I-15 at exit 219 at Zzyzx RD. It is on the edge of the Mojave National Preserve. I believe it is just outside of the preserve. Sign indicates no camping in the preserve. I-15 is near so some traffic noise, this is more than compensated by the view east over the alkali flat and the mountains 100 miles away. Great place for Friday night popcorn and beer. The site is not secluded.
