This is the parking lot of a medical building. The offices are occupied only until around 5-6pm and then don’t open until around 9am. Full cell service. Monitored by ring cameras - but so long as you come in after work and leave before work it should be fine. Next to a wash so don’t have little animals outside alone. The street leading to it is busy and it’s near a freeway but the noise isn’t that bad. Great place to pull over and have a rest for a night on a long drive. Garbage container - a large one up near the door. Be respectful and leave it clean. Next to a nursery.
